yoga classes in several locations and also specializes in sports specific yoga workshops for cyclists and tennis players.

As a certified Yoga Ed.® instructor Heather brings yoga to students and teachers through the Yoga Ed. comprehensive curriculum for the classroom and Tools for Teachers Training Workshops.

Heather is also available for private instruction and corporate yoga programs.
