Pranassage

PRANASSAGE┬« is a combination of yoga and bodywork that creates a deep relaxation experience for the receiver.  In this unique practice, the instructor will work with gravity, direct pressure and your own body weight to move your body into a flow of  yoga postures, allowing you to experience a balance of energy movement through gentle stretches and body alignment.  You will move passively through a series of movements designed to realign muscles and bones, open up the flow of blocked energy and increase the stream of blood and nutrients to parts of the body that may feel blocked. This whole body, guided yoga experience is both relaxing and energizing.  It works for new and experienced yoga students, as it  provides uniquely tailored, individual support.
